We accept return of goods within 30 days after receipt.

2. All returned items must be in good condition, have no dog hair in their original packaging and include all original manufacturer labels. Please put a slip of paper inside with the order number and stating what size you want in exchange. Please email us the tracking number for the returned package

3. The goods need to be returned to our company address (we are located in China). Please contact us for a return address.

4. The freight for return is entirely for the buyer's account. Please note that Cutebone.com is not responsible for returned items that we do not receive. When we receive your return package, you will receive your refund within 10 days.

5. If you receive damaged/defective products or other faults caused by us, we will pay for return shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, please contact us for a solution.

6. Once we have the tracking number of your returned package, we will issue a redemption or refund notice. The shipping cost of your original order is non-refundable.

7. Because of the high international shipping costs and the fact that most of the images on Cutebone are taken by ourselves with genuine products. So we will not fully refund returns with no quality issues, such as "didn't like the picture" or "not as expected" or just "dissatisfied" or "misordered" or "RVWW." "
